Staff were friendly and responsive, with particular praise for their assistance with airport transfers. locating the hotel was somewhat challenging, highlighted by the lack of an elevator, which made getting to the room on the upper floors a bit inconvenient. While I enjoyed the organic vegetables served, the overall experience was marred by these logistical issues.
